Our Antitrust and Competition practice helps clients manage competition-law risks in business arrangements, commercial transactions, and regulatory proceedings. We represent clients in matters concerning cartels, anti-competitive agreements, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominant position. Our team appears before the Competition Commission of India, the Director General, appellate forums, and courts, acting for both complainants and parties under investigation.

The Firm also advises government bodies and industry associations on competition policy, proposed legal changes, and regulatory frameworks. We engage with the Competition Commission of India and relevant stakeholders in competition regulation.
