We also assist our clients in opposition proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry, and in initiating and litigating infringement proceedings in several courts.

We provide comprehensive portfolio management for our clients’ intellectual property rights and assist them with assignments, licencing, franchising, and other transfers of their intellectual property to increase and preserve their goodwill.

Our practice also extends to copyrights and designs registration, providing litigation services against any infringement, and executing assignments and licencing of these copyrights and designs, among other services.
