
Zeeshan is a Partner and leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. He regularly represents clients in civil, commercial, regulatory and criminal matters before courts, arbitral tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
He has worked on disputes related to infrastructure, land acquisition, power projects, construction contracts, commercial agreements, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, franchise agreements, intellectual property and consumer matters. His approach is focused on understanding the client’s business, identifying risks early and developing a clear strategy for resolving disputes.
Zeeshan also advises and represents clients in matters under the Companies Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the Prevention of Corruption Act and other special laws. He handles business disputes that may also involve regulatory issues or investigations by government authorities, including the Enforcement Directorate and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office.
In addition to representing clients in disputes, Zeeshan advises Indian and multinational businesses on compliance, contractual risks and regulatory requirements. He works with clients from the initial assessment of a matter through litigation, arbitration, settlement discussions and final resolution.
