Jyoti Rajpurohit is an Associate Partner at Alba Law Offices and heads the firm’s IP Prosecution and Opposition Team. She advises clients across diverse sectors, including apparel, automotive, pharmaceuticals and sports, on strategic brand protection and intellectual property matters.

Her practice covers trademark prosecution and enforcement, including clearance, registration, portfolio management, oppositions, cancellations, domain name disputes and cross-border enforcement. She has extensive experience managing complex trademark portfolios and representing clients before the Trade Marks Office. Jyoti also advises on IP transactions, including licensing, assignments, coexistence and settlement arrangements, as well as copyright, patents and designs. She works closely with international counsel on cross-border IP matters and advises clients on IP due diligence, advertising law and related commercial and regulatory issues. Her approach combines technical IP expertise with a practical, commercially focused understanding of her clients’ businesses.
